Statutory rape is the crime of sex with a minor under the age of consent (AOC). Statutory rape differs from other types of rape in that overt force or threat need not be present. By law (statute), any such sexual activity is assumed to be coercive since the minor is considered in law as unable to give consent to the acts. I think the age of the “young” girls is an issue here, someone near his age, I don’t think it would be considered statutory rape… ---

actually there is no such thing as rape in canada…it had been revised to sexual harassment…but ppl still use the term rape…but sexual harassment includes everything and isnt sexist like the term…and yea…im gunna stop now lol i took law bak in highschool haha ---
