well it sounds like the 21st sounds good to those who have posted with the exception of one which sucks its not good for everyone, also where are we going to do this and what time, i also was thinking if we wanted to do this like a normal fundraiser, where we charge a “admission” which pays for food and if the person who bought the food doesnt want the money the admission would then all go to trav, and anyone who wants to donate above and beyond that it would be great. ---

i want to help with setting this up someone pm me so we can share ideas . we could sell the food or just ask for donations . ill make flyer’s and put them up every ware for a big BBQ / show with all of us working together we can make a difference . do u guys want to do this let me know ill buy some of the food . i don’t have much $ my medical bills are going to be :ohnoes after this week . i just want to say shift 518 is the best crew i have ever got a chance to meet . its a honor to have the shift sticker on my car . :bowdown ---

Ill ask around and see if I can get any cheap cars. I might be able to get a '95 Honda Passport if my friend still has it. 211k and needs a blower motor but it runs great and its a ride to work and Im sure somebody on here could fix the blower motor. He might have sold it though. ---

im honestly looking to save every last penny… ive found some friends that can get me to and from work for a short time until i can come up with the cash for a good car… as i said… 92-95 manual civic hatch SI is the goal… (preferably in white with minimal/no cancer). ---

I will spread the word on the fundraiser BBQ to anyone I know. That sucks what happened, and hopefully enough people will help out to make a difference. I am new here and most of you guys all seem cool even though the Hess meet Friday seemed a little bit like me and my friends were looked at as if we were PR’s. Who did the work on the Turbo? I am planning a Procharger install for my car I was thinking maybe a turbo but not anymore! ---

turbo was installed in january and car has been reliable every single day since… the turbo did not cause the fire. i think an oil line popped off or imploded causing the issue. ---

The stock LT1 bottom ends are junk and grenade around 500hp under boost… I have a turbo camaro before my SS. I love turbo’s…and they are the most efficient way to make big power…theirs nothing that will change my mind about that. Travis’s car issue was not directly turbo related. ---
