My Step sister has one and that is how I found out about it. The conversation came up during thanksgiving dinner. I believe Vizio gets some of their parts off another big player I think Sharp. I got a 720, and to tell you the truth I can’t notice a major difference. Also from what I understand with the 1080P/i you may end up with a \*\*\*\*ty picture trying to use standard cable/dish unless you have an HD subscription. I know I’m explaining this horribly but… Basically if your source like a DVD or Blueray can play up to 1080 and you view it on a 720 TV, there will be no loss of quality.
