We had enough warm weather after the last time I used it for the cooling system to drain. It’s only a 15hp outboard, you just keep the lower unit it in the water this time of year and it keeps things from freezing.

Just be careful, some rv antifreezes are alcohol based and aren’t great to leave in engines. Only way to tell is by the labels

New job has kept me busy and prevented me from doing anything to the boat. Had her out last night for a bit to get rid of some gas.
I ordered some Corbeaus weeks ago and they are out of stock everywhere, so cancelled my order for now. I may just run it as is until something happens and bail on my plans.

Picking this up on the 21st. 21’ Larson 210 LXi with a Volvo-Penta 5.0 GXi 270hp V8. Should be a nice upgrade from my 18’ Chaparral with the 135hp 4 banger. Saw it last week and put a deposit on it with the seller so I could pick it up as soon as the spring servicing was done.

Nice. You really want race seats? Is that for better head / neck support or just because it will look cooler? The ones on there already look pretty comfortable.
Your post also reminds me that I need a new water proof case for my larger phone.
I fired up both skis yesterday and found a cracked fuel line on the purple ski so I’ll be fixing that soon. The red ski is at least twice as loud as the purple one. :wiggle:

Mostly because the wood framing of my seats has seen better days. The screws have backed out because the wood it’s biting into is brittle/rotted. Corbeaus would update the interior some and offer some support and maybe lighten the load a bit and be cheaper than redoing the factory seats.

Yeah, I’m expecting at least low 50’s out of it with a light load, wouldn’t be surprised to see mid 50’s. More importantly (at least to me), plenty of power to haul 8 people around and still waterski/wakeboard. Going to see how I like it with the stock 3 blade aluminum but probably upgrade to a 4 blade stainless.

So I’ll never be able to catch you…

Did you buy yours offline? That’s one thing that worries me is the sizing and what not. I have not even looked into them yet.
