I highly recommend anyone here go because it’s fun and it benefits charity. We did a Roclife WGI opening day cruise last year and it was awesome. We are going again this year but I’m still not sure which day as it is weather dependent.

There are no 3-lap all-out events. Unless they added one this year that I don’t know about, but I highly doubt it.

Missed you guys last year! I’m heading down with my dad on Sunday so, maybe we’ll see y’all there. Last year a guy in front of us blew up and by the time he pulled off the track we were wide open to catch up with everyone else. Good times!

i went to this last year, the turnout was slim so my buddys and i slowed way down and let the pace truck get ahead a good length until he hit the esses or the straights and then mash the gas for a bit. wasnt exactly the safest or the smartest thing to do. but, track officials didnt seem to give a shit

Im just saying its a good charity.
I checked their site and theres no “all-out” event but it does say 3 paced laps for the 21st and 22nd
I was thinking it was just one time around. 3 sounds better

The weather really effects the turnout. A few years ago they only did a one day event but the demand became so high that they needed to add a 2nd day.
If it’s really busy the track gets packed and the overall speed is slower, but since the 2nd event day was added the track isn’t as packed.
