This year was the first year that I had 0 assistance from anybody but my own income. It felt lovely, and I put enough aside to buy my mom somethings she’s wanted for awhile that I could never afford, a DSLR. I can’t wait for her to open it, however. I dunno when we are gonna decide to open gifts lol. For now I am sitting enjoying A Christmas Story… yay and looking forward to our annual huge poker game tonight. ---

Pot is usually $2000-2500 by the end of the night. It’s a blast, cept last year, I dropped $150 on the first hand of the night so I called it quits doh. Anyways, Merry Christmas. I got a nice Craftsman metric socket set and a $100 sears gift certificate to buy more tools, a fire proof safe and a bunch of money and gift cards. My brother and I went and got some portraits of both of us done for my mom’s present. She was so happy she cried, it was great. ---
