Picked up a 2011 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in Sahara Tan. New colors for 2011. It’s a 6spd, and they updated the interior for 2011, as well as added more sound deadening, larger rear windows, and a few other things. Love the Jeep so far, and it’s great to have another wrangler (I had two TJ’s before).

Nice Rubi!!! take that shit off road and beat on it… mall crawlin FTL. I got my brand new Jeep burried in the Sacandoga lake with 200 miles on the clock!

im really not tryin to be a dick butttt , dont go to far with it man , as the motor has head and lifter problems . the 6 sp tranny is weak as hell so deff dont go to far wit it orrr get rid of it once warr runs out

I haven’t heard much about that at all, so I dunno how true that is. If it does happen though, I’ll just swap a hemi or CRD in it 🙂

A friend of mine has a 6-speed JK that has seen 40K+ HARD miles and runs like a champ with no problems what so ever.

Big thanks to Marty over at the Stereo Shop in webster. Hooked me up with a Viper 5901 alarm w/ remote start, prox sensor, tilt sensor. He wired in the factory horn, and configured it all perfectly. I also added a rock key since I don’t need those minivan-looking keys anymore 🙂 So far the alarm is great, and I’ll write up a review once I have some more time with the alarm. I think the prox sensor needs to be adjust a little, but it’s close for now.
