# Oil Pressure Gauge (for LS Motor)

Firing up my motor soon, and I’d like to have some kind of external gauge to monitor oil pressure as it starts for the first time. It’s an LQ4 motor but is externally nearly identical to all LS1/LS2/LS6/whatever. Not sure if these are universal, but the oil pressure sending port on the back of the block is a female M16x1.5. I do have an adapter to go to 1/4 or 1/8 NPT. Anyone have a general use one laying around?

If nobody speaks up try autozone since they loan tools.

I’ll hit autozone, need a few things anyways. Had no idea they rented gauges, that’s pretty cool.
