# Oil Question..... Whats your opinion?

Im running Mobile 1 5w30 in My h22 and it seems to be burning through it a lil faster than I would like. I only have 23K on the motor but it still is burning through a lil more than a quart every 3000 miles, probablyt closer to 1.5 quarts. Should I try running a thicker oil to prevent the burning or what? OEM calls for 5w30 and I know these motors are notorious for burning oil but it it seems like its burning more than it should. What do you think?

i run only royal purple, i never knew an oil can make a difference till i tried this stuff imo one of the best oils out
