# Oil Restrictor

I’m looking for a place to press in and drill out a 0.012 inch oil inlet restrictor hole in a 17 mm flared fitting (the line will have no more than 100 psi max). I have a press drill but can’t do anything below 0.028 inch.

I can provide the fitting (pic below)
