i need to swap this hardrive to the other computer. this thing has windows xp so what do i need to do? i mean shit i have no clue wtf in doing when it comes to this shit. any help would be really really appreciated.

change the drive setting from master to slave if there is already a hard drive in it. and connect ot ribon cable and power source

already set to master… and will be opnly hard drive… i tried this before but it wont boot. im guessing the difference in machines is causeing the problem so i need to format my hard drive and keep the power off after its done then swith em out . just guessing

put in the xp cd… set bios boot order to cd / harddisk / floppy… restart
