Although I’m confident I could make do with what we have and make it work efficiently. Basicly I want to implment this and if I did he could fire me in a heartbeat and lighten his own workload by 50% > > So ILYA if your company is looking for people let me know 😮 Well yeah…but I think there should be a priority on it regardless. It’s not a waste of money or time. If someone applies with 5 years experience and someone else applies with 5 years experiences + 10 certs. I’d imagine the latter would win out. As for us hiring…we’re not hiring for sure lol. They are consolidating our data center down to TX, luckily I don’t just do networking but I do higher level support for everything around here (phones, PC’s, printing). They are counting on attrition to get rid of some people lol.
