if 911 tells you not to go outside, and you basically tell then you are going to grab your shotgun and go kill them, it pretty much throws the self defense argument out of the water. He should have hung up with 911 and did his deed, then called back in and told them to send a coroner with 2 bags because they tried to attack him.
