And yeah I’m well aware of the tranny problems on them. but it feels solid now so hopefully it will at least make it through the summer. ---

FWIW Mikey, my buddy has a '98 Ram 1500 w/ over 150k on it. It’s had big tires since about 30k. And at about 60k it got 1 ton axles (D60/70 f/r). So it’s no small load. Still on the OG 5.9L and auto trans. They’re not known for lasting… but they can do it. -TJ ---
