I like how you conveniently forgot #1 from my list of questions, the “where are you” one. When you’re at the Seneca Casino using your ATM you are in another country. It is considered soveriegn land, belonging to the Seneca Nation. While I don’t necessarily agree that giving the indians a block of land in the middle of a NY city makes it another nation, it is estabilshed law, passed by our elected officials, and backed up by court challenges.

The fact is that online offshore gaming is a loophole. Like most loopholes when a huge business is built inside it, the loophole gets closed.
