why is that? 99% of rims that are for sale, that are applicable to s-chassis, ae’s, rx7…etc are weak sucky shit. Why would anyone want to buy some 17x7 + 99 pizza cutters…and use spacers to make them not even flush? If you go on most of the boards out side Ontario…USA, other provinces, UK, Europe etc… There is usuall alot of dope shit. I know the cost comparison is like 400 a set opposed to 1400+. But still… I’m not trying to bad mouth anybody…has anybody else noticed. I’ve seen the light and got rid of my old weak sauce…I’m just reallllly bored ---

Mainly because there is no resale market for nice rims. The majority of ontario doesn’t want to pay $1500+ for rims, because no one cares. I can think of… 5 people off this forum with good rims. Thats it. Those that want them, get them… one way or another. Most people just don’t car enough. ---

MOST 240 guys that are interested in modding and performance or “drifting” would love to have nice fitting wheels…but a lot of people don’t have the coin to drop on 1K plus USED wheels, let alone 2K or MORE for new wheels that fit well. It’s weird though, they’ll drop 3K on a motor swap, 1K on coils, .5K on brakes and misc but when it comes to wheels, they’ll spend 400 MAX!! hahahah. Though, wheels are essential to the car. They MAKE the car. We’d all love a selection of nice fitting wheels but man, that shit gets expensive. Like Mark said, if you want them bad enough, you’ll get em and find a way to pay for em. hahhaha. It’s funny how you could have a complete piece of shit beat to hell S13/S14/FC/AE/FD/BMW/Whatever is mad tyte drift cool yo, and throw some GOOD fitting wheels on it and have it setup with a mean ass stance and all of a sudden, your car “looks good.” and all of a sudden it’s a head turner. You take the same car and throw some tear drops on it or some steelies on it and it’s seen for what it is…a PIECE OF SHIT. hahahah. Some USA vendors will offer FREE shipping or dirt cheap shipping costs within the USA however get a quote to Canada and its time to bend over! 300-400+ to ship then it hits the border and you get taxed, then you bend over some more for duty and brokerage fees. ---
