# Ontario Trailer Registration?

My friend has a utility trailer that I am going to use this weekend.

He claims that you register the trailer once and you never have to renew. I dont want to take this thing on a 3 hour trip and get pulled over for having expired tags.

I tried searching the Ontario ministry of Transportation but its hard for me to navigate Canadian internet

Maine has cheap tags that last 10 years I think.

and there is a legal outfit that will buy tags on your behalf and fedex them to you.

Search around these forums.

^ I am not looking to buy tags. I am just borrowing a Trailer for the weekend and want to know if the tags are still good.

Maybe my first post was not clear enough
