Freakin’ responsibilities! 🙂 I’ve owned imports 3 series, E class, etc their a pita. The dealerships rip you off. They rape you on parts and labor. A lot of parts you can’t get for do it yourselfers. The dealership is trying to dump the car with a standard shift because they know the resale is bad on them. I was looking at X-5’s and when I drove a Jeep srt8 I had almost the same car for less than half of the price with the incentives at the time. I can do most of the maintanence myself or at a local shop if I want. I put about $1500 in mods and it blows the bimmer’s away even the M’s.
