At least he will finally be behind bars. Albeit a minimum security facility, I’m sure. Still sucks for him.

he didnt kidnap anybody… thats what i dont understand… he held them at gunpoint and demanding his stuff back… thats robbery… not robbery AND kidnapping…
i would think kidnapping would be to take somebody from ONE place to another in the hopes of extorting for personal gain…

By some of those deinitions, anytime you ROB sombody you are kidnapping them, as you are interfering with their liberty/free will without their consent…
and you cant/should be able to have 2 charges linked to each other like that…
