Decent chunk of land, Is it wooded, open, swampy? House definitely needs some work but the price makes up for it. ---

Wow thats awesome. Thats a LOT of land! Although I must say that I laughed that you said its scary to own a house because you can’t pick up and move if it becomes expensive and the house only cost you 47k lol. Sorry to me thats kind of funny though. Congrats on being a home owner! Now the fun REALLY begins with all the painting and doing everything to make the house your home. Congrats again! ---

[/quote] its 47 yes but we are taking out a 80k loan with 4k a year in taxes and im the only one that works… that makes the monthly payments about $902.02… and driveing from east otto to williamsville everyday… the scary part is we need to get all the work done in 6 months b/c of the “rehab” loan… ---

i cant see pics at work… but you did get an inspector before purchase right? there are still people who think $300 is too much to spend, or they get a lousy one and find out the place needs 30k in work… (thats 30k on stuff they did not want to spend 30k on) congrats… i hope my next place has some land… my .129 acres kinda suck. ---
