The track owner is finally back from the race weekend but I can’t get a hold of him until this evening (just tried the track again but he’s not around). I hope the doesn’t have any surprises in terms of what we talked about, but please recognize that I am going by verbal agreements here when I put this thread up. Once I get written input from him on exact cost/date/time I’ll update the thread accordingly. Appreciate your patience everyone. ---

**IMPORTANT!!! UPDATE!!!** Good news and bad news people. After chasing around and playing phone tag with the track owner all week to get a response in writing, here is the final information: **(1) DATE** has been changed to Saturday 10/17. 10/18 was a race day but owner did not let me know it was not a good day right away- go figure but that’s what happened. Saturday 10/17 is now the **FINAL DATE.** NO FURTHER CHANGES. Date is blocked out for our group. **(2) PRICING** is finalized: $100 if we have less than 10 people. $85 if we have between 10 to 15. $80 if we have 15 or more people **(3) CAP** is now finalized at 20 participants. ABOVE is all final information. I apologize for the date change but I did my best to follow up and unfortunately this is beyond my control. **IF this messes up your plans** and you cannot participate, please reply and I will edit the list accordingly. **IF you can still go on 10/17** , no need to reply, your name will be left on the participants list.
