Universal oxygen sensors suck big donkey dick. any paticular reason you need a universal?

Nope, I don’t, i usually order all my stuff online. I used to buy the universal ones from techtonics tuning in Oregon for $40 a piece. Now they are double that. I don’t mind using the universal ones and doing a little soldering. The Oem ones for the Jetta are $120 a piece. I might just order from TT again unless Advance, autozone or napa has them cheaper.

true i used a universal one and the Check engine light didnt go off so better off going with a OEM one. Check down with the guys in the back shop where you bought the car. They might have one.

What?!!?
The issue is not the sensor, i’ve been using the universal ones for years without a problem. I’m just trying to save a few bucks. Looks like i’m going with TT because everyone locally is considerably more expensive.
