Anything illegal and shaddy can be done at PMall. Modded games, bootleg movies, fake gucci underpants.

I suggest bringing cash and using a bank outside a 5km radius at the least. I don’t know whats more of a risk. The chance on counterfeit money given as change. Or somebody stealing your pin and all your money.

In second thought just go with exact change.
