Some tool was basically saying he was going to call the EPA and/or FEDs because the car was changed from 4 to 6 cylinder, and therefore was not legal. He said he went to college for auto in NY state or some shit, and thats why he knows. Something about the EPA pays rewards for tattle tails, and he needs to pay of his Justy, or something to that effect.
