# painting panels

well i plan on repainting my out dated out colour panels. how should i go about this? whats the best type of spray paint to use for this application?

also i got one peice which has already been painted, can i just put a paint thinner on it n then dry it n then repaint it with the different spray can?

thanks in advanced
