How many of u have disputed parking tickets? & have u won? reason i m asking is becoz i got an unfair parking ticket for barely parking for 10 mins on a street. my ticket says i “park in permit parking location without valid permit” the ticket doesn’t show time from just to/at. I was under the assumption that they have to clock u parked for atleast 15mins. do i have any grounds to dispute the ticket or should i just pay up. ---

dont pay because my mom had a similar situation so she payed and thought that she got it over with but in a month she got here insurance bill with 275$ but she started out only with 225$, so they raised it by 50 bucks ---

yea man she even went back to her insurance company broker and asked him why they raised it and they said that she should hve went to court with it but she didnt so now she has to pay more which sucks ---

only moving violations counts towards insurance. (in other words when you’re operating a vehicle) stationary violations such as parking tickets goes towards the vehicle owner upon plate renewal. ---

I’ve sent about 8 tickets to court now, oldest one being more then two years old, have yet to recieve a court date for any of them. I say sent them all to court, worst that can happen is you just get to wait 2 years to pay them. ---

yeah credit and vehicle sticker plat renewal, they won’t allow it unless all outstanding fines are paid.
