I am apartment searching. Sometime in the past I heard you can look up the ex tenants of a house or apt’s gas or electric bill online. Something about how its public record so anyone can view it. Does anyone know where this can be seen exactly? ---

just call the utility company directly and they can provide you that information in most cases. I think nimo is the only who wont talk to you about it. ---

you can call the company that provides it and get info on the last cost but you cant get the name from what i recall ---

Yeah just call the company, provide the address and they can tell you what the bills were like. ---

I forget, but I think they give out average monthly over the last year, or something like that.
