This isn’t a personal suit. If the bosses at an employer won’t hire a certain race, the employer gets sued, not them personally. They are acting on behalf of the company, which in this case in the state. That said, count me in for the group that wishes spitzer was still in. Everyone was so eager to get him out over something that had little to do with his ability to govern. Including you guys. He wasn’t using tax money. He was claiming to be going to Washington on business, because “expensive hookers” isn’t an acceptable thing to put on his agenda, but he was paying cash out of his own pocket. ---
