well i got hit and the guy was doing like ten maybe and my neck hurt enuff for me not to be able to work and that guy who hit u was doing a lot faster. so yeah my magic ball tells me that u will not work till next week. ---

That sucks. I hope you are ok. I got rear ended in December and I’m still in rehab because of it. If you feel ANY pain see a doctor NOW you have 7 working days till you have to all the gov’t forms done make a claim on the butthead who hit you. If you want the forms I have a copy of them in PDF pm me your e-mail and I will send them to you. ---

7 business days? You have 2 years to make a claim. The initial forms may be 7 days. But by law, if you have problems you have up to 2 years. This not only goes for vehicle accidents, but others as well. This of course is unless they changed things since a few years ago when i was in my accident. ---

Too bad to see another nissan get taken off the road. I feel for you Flavio. Just be glad it wasn’t your S13. On a side note, Alberta drivers are horrible for rear end accidents. No wonder you’re insurance costs are so high out there. ---

Yes you still have 2 years to make a claim but you need to see a doctor and do the paper work in 7 business days. Sorry if I was not clear in the last post, the short term memory lose is a bitch. :rolleyes: ---
