I watched a few movies on the weekend…  
The only good thing about this movie was the nudity (not that great) and the gore (excellent special effects for a B rated movie)  
I found alot of the acting annoying as in everyone had the maturity of 12yr olds. Overall I say its worth a look, but I wouldnt rush out to rent it. Personally i think the TV show Dexter is way better. 6/10 for me.

Plot: A group of medical students devise a deadly game: to see which one of them can commit the perfect murder.  
Genre: Crime / Horror / Thriller
