Is there a DOT tire class @ the shootout ? Nvm i see street eliminator and quick street 32. How fast are ppl going on DRs there ? ---

emery kept trying to get me to qualify for SE since i couldnt use my slicks and ran my DR’s but i just wanted to do TT and see what happened. i think the fastest car that ran in SE went like 10.1 or something so i would’ve mopped up that class pretty easily. i went 9.5 @ 159 lol, mostly everyone else either had QTP’s on or slicks ---

That’s moving! At that kind of power, can you actually feel the difference between a 140mph car and a 160mph or are both just crazy fast and you need to see the slip to see how fast you were really going? X… ---

Hahaha it goes nice on the drag radials. On the slicks it’s a handful for sure! I might try and go for the drag radial record which is 9.0, so thall be a task all by itself but the mph is already there with a lot more to go in the car. Pretty sure we would have to put the car on a boost by gear setup to get it leaving the line with some 1.4s how it sits, just spins right now all through first ---

Hahaha need to get the car to leave on lower boost to really get it to go off the line. But I believe I now hold the drag radial record for mph in the US for an evo 8/9! ---
