please explain to me how it works. i use it to buy on ebay, when i purchase something, i use my credit card and it all good. but i have someone interested in a set of lights, and he wants to pay pal me money. how would i get the money then? does it just add up and then i can use it to buy on ebay? or can i get the cash?

yes…it will sit in your electronic accont & you can then go & use it to pay others.

or you can transfer it to a bank account

or sign up for a paypal debit card & get the money out @ a mac machine.
