ok, just an update was listening to 930am on the way to the post office. Tom B. was talking about this and apparently she “says” that she’s not suing… but why did they file a claim? at any rate… she’s now pissed because they used her sons name… even though since she filed it, it’s now public record. They tried contacting her lawyer but with no success. I was soooooo tempted to call the radio station to give him this info we found, but don’t have the time. for anyone willing to do so, the number from a cell phone is \*930 IB4SheSuesNYSpeedAndWBEN ---
