As they say reading is fundamental…

Thought it might be a good idea to make a thread about what performance books are actually worth reading.

So far Ive read books on various subjects.

Books Id recommend.

Tune to Win - Carroll Smith
Engine Builders Handbook - Tom Monroe
How to Tune and Modify Engine Management Systems - Jeff Hartman

If your more Honda Specific
Honda/Acura Engine Performance - Mike Kojima

smokey yunick books, and the doorslammer book is good, yet a little dated. have yet to read an import based book that has taught you anything that a scc mag can’t. I have even read the honda books, and will argue with Ancas that despite what he says, honda was not the first hot hatch. That would be the rabbit Gti. Respect your roots.
