What should I be getting with Time Warner “Turbo” Roadrunner? They just replaced my modem and said I should be much faster, but I’m not seeing much difference.

Your gf’s pulling 4000/384, while your on the 10/1 “service”, how is that the same service? I highly doubt your both have the “same service” You most likely have a triple play package while she does not, hence the reason she is capped 4/368 and getting very good speeds for her “service” and hence you are capped 10/1 and getting very good speeds…

No Triple Play, No cable, No phone. We’re both paying for the same TW plan, and we’re 15-20 houses apart.
I know there was some black magic incantations performed on my connection. But hers are advertised as 10/1, and she payes the same rate I do.:gotme:
So Fuck Time Warner, til they can get their collective shit together.
