Thats what she was told it was when: 1) She had it installed (I asked the service guy) and 2) When she called up to complain, the CSR said it was 10/1

It’s not really a question, she and I were both told we get 10/1 service. It’s the best option available since FIOS is more expensive, especially since she’s on a promo right now.
