Anyone familar with some in the area? I need a structured routine to get back into shape. I am am member of the BAC but have heard horror stories about their trainers and such so just curious if any gyms offer a type of service or its members or if anyone has a connection with someone.

I don’t need a personal 24/7 coach but someone to help put together a routine and get me going.

Best Fitness sets you up with a free trainer for a hour when you sign up. I think planet fitness(or whatever its called) does the same.
