My neighbors do this… they blow it all right in front of my driveway. They got pissed when I came home from work and they were outside snowblowing… I came flying around the corner and ripped the ebrake through their little mountain of snow and fucked it all up lol

Aholes that find it necessary to throw garbage out the window of their car. Is it so hard to just wait till you get home or a gas station to throw it out where it belongs? F’n SCUMBAGS!!
