Thin strip steak sauteed in Olive Oil and Marsala Wine, Onions/Red/Green Peppers sauteed in Olive Oil, Fresh Garlic, and Pepper Flakes. Lowfat Mozzarella, and toasted in oven. And some granite in the pic for good measure. 🆒 ---
