It has to be SOOOO hot too I agree. I like the broth really flavorful and kinda salty as well. ---

Im not one of the people who started ranting about broth. I just like the dish. Love the noodle, cheap, huge, beef, can’t go wrong. ---

Lol. Well, it has been a while since I ate Pho 99’s Pho. So, I suppose you may be right. I like their **number 36** though. 😉 Really, are you a cook at Saigon Bangkok? Is this the one in Transit Rd.? As for Saigon Bangkok’s Pho is ok maybe because I cook it ;)? I’m Vietnamese and been to many places and tried so many Vietnamese food and cook them myself. ---

No, they used to serve it to me with the rest, but I never ate it ☹ After a couple times, it started coming just with regular beef stuff/meatballs. ---

I personally like Saigon Cafe over the others, but I’m biased towards restaurants in the city. ---
