Also, I have to schedule all the events out at the pavilion, work with the group sales manager in ways to increase the profitablility of the complex and the business as a whole. I’ll be one step behind the GM. And thats just the obvious stuff. The position has never existed before, so not even the owners really know what all im gonna be involved in. All the shit I listed, plus probably a lot more.
