# pilot bearing removal?

take a blade off of a hack saw. The metal is very porus and weak. just cut throough it in two places and it will fold right out.

I know this is gonna sounds stupid but it works!
1st find a shaft that just slips in to the pilot bushing. Then fill the bushing full of grease. Take the shaft and just start it into the bushing only like 1/4" Then using a hammer hit the shaft a few times. The pilot bushing will hydraulic out!

ive heard of the greese trick before i just ended up going to parts source and renting a pilot bearing removal tool
