normally I dont un-side with law enforcement just because ive had my run ins, if the guy getting arrested deserves it, ill admit it, myself included…
Saw this video on facebook and it really pissed me off tbo, what do you guys think? The entire vid I thought the guy was just posing until I saw him pull out the cuffs lol… plain clothes, didnt identify himself aside from saying “the PO-lice” in a non serious way and though the n!gnogs could have given the dude the drink to look at himself, they still showed it to him closely, giving him what he wanted… if it was my drink, no one would be touching that shit unless i saw a badge

i am skeptical of the self proclaimed cop…at no point did he identify himself properly as a LEO, my guess is he was just an employee at the liquor store worried about getting robbed or some bs and went off on a power trip. that being said, if he in fact is a cop, then he is seriously in deep shit, unlawful search and seizure, he cuffed the guy, put him on the ground and started talking to the other guy threatening to arrest him without mirandizing the first guy. like i said, i doubt hes a real cop and if he is hes an idiot to say the least.

Just because you are arrested, doesn’t mean you will be give your Miranda warnings at that time. It could be a while before that happens. It NEEDS to be done before the LEO can question you.

Yes and no, the court can still use what you say answer to questions asked before being mirandized if there is an immediate threat to others. I just learned about that last semester. Also it just happened recently with Boston bomber that was arrested.
