I got a lease signed by a guy last night. Big fat drunken redneck. Didn’t even read the contract, just signed it and told me to get on my way because it was lasagna night and he’d been excited all week. Sure enough, sweet ass Steelers tattoo with a city skyline backdropping it! :bowdown: ---
