now that the thread is cleaned up
 What should we all bring? like I said if you guys want to get a alcohol permit i will supply a 1/4 barrell
 is there volleyball or softball? or anything around that we could do? horsehoes? cause if there is horse shoes we need to have some beer
 they compliment very well
 is this just going to be ps people or like girlfriends/wives and kids for some of those people with kids? ---

well many people on here aren’t 21, I would keep it the downlow about the beer for now. Public Park = County Police = Busting the Minors. Just my $0.02 Im gonna donate and have no idea what to do

If we keep it to just members then ppl can be as retarded as they want to if there’s no kids. Either way’s fine with me. A list is a good idea. If we get a lot of people then we can divide up bigger cost items like meat. Would it be easier to just have people donate money instead of bringing stuff? That way if we have your money you’re definitely in, we know how many (instead of counting maybes), and we dont end up missing food if the person doesn’t show. A couple people could buy all the food a few days before. I’ll volunteer to help with that. People could still bring some side dishes or desserts if they want. ---
