John, i will set it up but i have no clue nor does anybody else when they are free or going on vacation so it would be unlogical to start planning now:dunno:

They can plan there free time and vacation around a pittspeed event if it they have enough advanced notice of the event date.

With a group as big as this website, there will be some scheduling conflicts no matter when it is. I think statistically the sooner you plan something, the better the attendance.
