i started doing upright rows as part of my routines when i was a freshman in high school. That was 9 years ago and i havent had any ill effects. People alwasy criticize my routines because i also like doing parallel bar dips too. 🙂

if i feel pain while doing them, im smart enough to stop doing them regularly
