Now I am 212lbs…been stuck there for a little while and am sure my bf% has risen…but after i hit 220 I am going to run a cut till I look decent and hopefully get into the 10-12% BF range @ 210-212. Sure looks good on paper…haha

Not the calipers, i had that doen in high school, i was like 11 or 12% then and 160,LOL. They used that lil machine that sends waves through ur body n accounts for ur height n weight, it is only a difference of about 1% on the machine form calipers. I have bee nhitting up the pretein pretty good for about a month now for build up n so fourth as well so i can kinda tell that muscle had taken the place of some fat i had and still maintaining my weight at the same level. So all in all i guess what i am doing is working out pretty good. I do however splurge alot on weekends with food n beer but appearently my body is burning the carbs n fat pretty good, lol
