> Thanks everyone. My work schedule makes things a bit harder. For instance, it would be tough for me to eat 5 small meals a day because I work a lot of 12 hour night shifts. So, I sleep, go to work, come home, sleep, go back to work. I was looking at weight watchers as a possibility. I don’t do well with counting all the calories, fat, sodium, etc. The points system seems easier to work with and keep track of. I need something that doesn’t take a lot of my time(ie counting all the nutrition facts or spending a long time preparing meals), will still allow some indulgences (in moderation) and obviously has to be something I can stick to for the long term. I think it would be best if Dom we’re to jump on the bandwagon with me. It would be hard for me to get in shape if he’s still doing the same old thing. It’s much easier to stick with a plan if there isn’t temptation at home.

its always better to eat smaller meals more than eating larger meals less… reason being is that your stomach will digest the smaller meals faster…
