nevermind some of the people in the pix, they are the current owners and soon to be renting from me for a couple months. They are building, so I have to wait for the house to be done. Don’t worry about some of the colors… I can deal for a couple months. Thanks for the compliments guys… probably the coolest thing I will ever do in my life, maybe #2 if I have kids or something. The 2 windows in the dining room will be turned into doors, and that porch/deck will be extended to the back of the house so we can enjoy the view. Playing the waiting game now… I knew from stories buying a house takes a while, but this is rediculous. Yup, first house… first major investment… I can’t wait to be back in Akron… good people, great times. ---
